As of July 1, 2022 development and subdivision applications submitted to the Planning Department will be available to view and track within Saanich's Permit and Development Tracker. This new web portal also includes permits issued by other departments (Engineering, Inspections, Parks, and Legislative Services).

Applications received prior to July 1, 2022 will remain on the neighbourhood Active Development Application pages below and will not be reflected in the tracker.
