Weight Room Orientations
Weight room orientations are designed to familiarize you with our facilities and provide an introduction to the basics of strength training. We recommend that all users receive an orientation, and require one for some participants:
- Weight room orientations are optional for those 16 years and older
- Teen/adult (16+) orientations are $15.
- Older adult (60+) orientations are free.
- Weight room orientations are required for youth 13-15 years-old
- Youth orientations for Saanich weight rooms are free.
- Youth orientations to qualify for regional recreation center weight room access are offered through Saanich Commonwealth Place for $15. Advance registration is required.
- Weight room usage is not permitted for those aged 12 and under.
