  • Please note these adjusted hours for weight room construction impacts:
    • Thursday, February 5 – the facility will close at 9:30pm (last admission 9pm).
    • Friday, February 6 – the pool, wellness annex, and auditorium will open at noon.
  • Kindergym at Gordon Head Recreation on Thursdays from 9:15-10:15am will resume on February 5. Thank you for your patience.
  • Weight Room Closure: The weight room remains closed for a structural roof replacement. See the project page for details. 
  • Sensory Swim Notice: Noise in the pool area may be higher than usual during sensory swims due to construction in the weight room.

The G.R. Pearkes Fieldhouse will be closed from January 27 to February 17, 2026, for the final stage of the Mechanical/Fieldhouse Curtain Project.

All other areas of the Centre will remain open as scheduled.
