Facilities Status

• The Garry Oak room is closed from June 16 through July 2 for floor re-surfacing.
• Registered programs will begin Thursday, July 3.
• Sports drop-in and Reserved Drop-Ins will begin Friday, July 4.
• RDI activities are now open for registration. 

Welcome back and thank you for your patience during our annual maintenance closure. Please note:

• The main Womens washroom is temporarily closed at this time and is anticipated to reopen Wednesday, July 2.
• The Weight Room remains closed while we address essential facility maintenance work.

• As part of the the Green and Accessible Improvement Project, the main entrance is closed and has been temporarily relocated. Patrons may enter the facility via the accessible entrance at the northeast doors (arts wing).
• A temporary Reception Desk is located near the temporary northeast facility entrance.
• Upcoming full facility closure from 5pm on August 1 through August 4.
• Please see the project page for more information regarding impacts to activity spaces and programs. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

• The facility is undergoing a Mechanical Upgrade Project aimed at decarbonizing facility operations. Construction work is ongoing and we anticipate service disruptions.

• Monday to Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm (closed 1:30-2:00pm for lunch).
