Enjoy unlimited recreation with no strings attached with the One Month Access Pass. The month starts when you do—sign up with one easy payment. Includes the option to convert to a Continuous Pass to keep your access and start saving.

Continuous Access Pass

Choose the value and flexibility of our Continuous Access Pass. Sign up for continuous monthly payments via credit card or direct withdrawal from your bank account and start saving after just one month! Cancel at any time and enjoy access to Saanich Recreation facilities until the end of your current paid month.

The year starts when you do with our Annual Pass! Sign up once, pay once and enjoy access for 365 days!

More information:

• Access Passes are valid at all four Saanich Recreation Centres
• To purchase a Continuous Access Pass in person at any Recreation Centre, please bring a void cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer form from your financial institution (often available online)
• One Month Passes may be converted to Continuous Access Passes any time within the paid month and up to seven days after expiry
• If you currently hold a 10x or 25x Access Pass, the remaining value can be converted to your new One Month Pass or Continuous Access Pass. Please phone or stop by any one of our Recreation Centres and our staff will be happy to assist you with this
• NEW: you may cancel your Continuous Access Pass at any time before your next scheduled payment date. You will continue to have access to Saanich Recreation facilities until the end of your current paid month.
• *Students must present a student card or letter from a school registrar confirming registration at an accredited post-secondary institution
• In accordance with our Refund Policy, no refunds or cancelations are offered on Annual Access Passes unless for compassionate or medical reasons
• Replacement fee for lost or stolen Access Pass cards is $10

Leisure Assistance Pass

The Leisure Assistant Pass is for people with disabilities, of all ages, who require the assistance of a support person when engaging in leisure activities. For more information about the pass click here.

Three-Month Summer Access Pass

Make the most of your summer and enjoy drop-in access to all four Saanich recreation centres for three months at a promotional price when you purchase in May or June.

Your one-time purchase of a Three-Month Summer Access Pass carries no commitment, and the three months begin when you purchase it (before June 30).

When your Three-Month Summer Access Pass concludes, you can choose to convert it to a Continuous Access Pass any time before October 15, 2026, and keep your access without paying the first-month fee.

Purchase online or at any Saanich recreation centre in May or June.

Terms and conditions:

• Three-Month Summer Access Passes are available for purchase through June 30, 2026.
• The Three-Month Summer Access Pass validity period includes summer recreation centre hours and planned facility shutdown periods at Gordon Head Recreation Centre, GR Pearkes Recreation Centre, and Saanich Commonwealth Place. It may also include unforeseen recreation facility closures and service adjustments.
• No refunds, cancellations, pauses, or extensions.
• The Three-Month Summer Access Pass is non-transferrable.
• Annual Passes may not be cancelled or refunded to purchase a Three-Month Summer Access Pass

Splash Savings Swim Sessions 

These special swim sessions are a chance for everyone to enjoy our aquatic facilities at a reduced admission rate. Splash Savings swims are offered periodically on select days/sessions only, and are noted on the swim schedules for Saanich Commonwealth Place and Gordon Head Recreation Centre.

Summer Swim 'n' Skate Pass for Children and Youth 5-18yrs

With a $35 one-time purchase, children and youth ages 5 to 18 can enjoy unlimited drop-ins for select swimming and skating sessions from June to August.

2026 passes are available for purchase online or by visiting any Saanich recreation centre beginning March 25.

Passes are valid from June 1 through August 31, 2026.

Swimming

Enjoy unlimited Leisure, Open, Fun and Youth Swims at Saanich Commonwealth Place and Gordon Head Recreation Centre!

• Children 7yrs and under must always be within arm’s reach of an adult 16yrs+ during all swimming sessions.
• Children 13yrs and under must be accompanied by an adult 16yrs+ when attending Leisure Swims at Gordon Head Recreation Centre.
• Children 8yrs+ can attend Fun Swims without adult supervision.
• Children must be 10yrs+ to attend Youth Swims and may do so without adult supervision.

Skating

Enjoy unlimited Everyone Welcome, Adult & Tot Ice Play, and Adult & Child Hockey Social skating sessions at G.R. Pearkes Recreation Centre. Skate rentals are included!

• Parents or guardians must be present on the ice during Adult & Tot Ice Play and Adult & Child Hockey Social. One parent or guardian may be accompanied by up to two children.

Please note:

• The Summer Swim 'n' Skate Pass is non-refundable.
• Annual maintenance closures for Saanich Recreation facilities may fall within the Summer Swim ‘n’ Skate Pass’ validity period.
