The Saanich Permit and Development Tracker is available to the public to view current development and permit applications and track their progress online. Applications are based on the effective dates below and no access code is required to view publicly available information.
MySaanich Access Code
If you have a MySaanich account you may request an access code to view details about your permit and/or development application that are not available on the Saanich Permit and Development Tracker. Only one access code per folder is issued and must be requested by the owner or authorized applicant/agent using the form below. It will be up to the owner or authorized applicant/agent to distribute the access code to the project contacts (contractor, designer, architect etc.) as needed.
Access codes are only available for permits and/or development applications as of the effective dates below.
The effective date of permits and applications varies; applications received by the District prior to these dates will not be displayed on the tracker or in MySaanich.
