The Official Community Plan (OCP) is the main document that guides growth and change in Saanich. It provides a long-term vision for a livable community based on shared values and sustainability. The OCP works together with other plans and policies.

OCP Public Hearing Deliberations to Continue on Tuesday, May 7

The Proposed OCP was given second reading and public input was provided at a Public Hearing on April 30, 2024. While the public input portion of the public hearing has closed, Council deliberations on the OCP Bylaw are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Saanich Municipal Hall, 770 Vernon Avenue. Members of the public are welcome to attend in person or online via the Council agenda page.

The proposed bylaw and public hearing package may be inspected, and further information may be obtained from the Legislative Services Division, Saanich Municipal Hall, 770 Vernon Avenue or from the Saanich website at saanich.ca/agendas.
