2 in 5 older Canadians are at risk of social isolation.
In response, the District of Saanich sought funding for a multi-year collective impact project, working with eleven organizations, to strengthen our region’s capacity to reach and support isolated seniors. Our project is called REACH: Regional Equitable Accessible Community Happenings.
