Annual Reports

In accordance with Section 99 of the Community Charter, Saanich reports on progress toward our vision, including a synopsis of the strategic, financial, and operational progress each year in the Annual Report.

The District of Saanich’s 2025 Draft Annual Report [PDF - 18 MB] is now available for public review and feedback until noon on June 22, 2026.

Pay Transparency Report

Saanich prides itself on building a fair and inclusive working environment for its valued employees.

The provincial Pay Transparency Act became law on May 11, 2023, and requires the District to post a pay transparency report by November 1 of each year. This practice allows the District to identify any gaps and work to address them.
