It brings together data on issued development permits, building permit approvals, and housing completions to help users understand development activity and new housing that is being delivered. Through interactive charts and filters, users can explore development activity by housing type, tenure and completion date. The dashboard is updated on a monthly basis to ensure current information on housing activity is available.
