Saanich Community Cookbook
In celebration of BC Heritage Week 2026, the Saanich Archives invites you to pull up a chair at a very long table. This community cookbook gathers recipes from local and archival kitchens alike - bringing together the meals that have shaped who we are, where we come from, and how we nourish one another. We want to especially thank all those who reached out to share a recipe, a story, and a bit about themselves and their families in the process. We hope you enjoy reading - and perhaps even making! - some of these recipes.
