The District of Saanich provides safe drinking water to a healthy and vibrant community. Accounts are billed every four months. Most utility bills have charges for water, sewer and garbage services.
2026 Rate ChangesThe 2026 Water, Sewer and Garbage Utility Rates were discussed by Council on December 1, 2025. Staff reports were presented to Council outlining the operational and resident impacts from the change. The Final Reading was given for the three bylaw amendments on December 8, 2025.
