Scope of Work: The District of Saanich (the District) is seeking construction services from a General Contractor for the removal and replacement of the Level 2 suspended concrete slab, including replacement and restatement of all existing services on the slab surface and underside of the slab at Gordon Head Recreation Centre.
The General Contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor for this project, but shall coordinate work with other Contractors and the District as required.

Mandatory Site Visit: There is a mandatory site meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 17, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. PST
Bidders and subcontractors are asked to meet and sign-inat the front entrance lobby of Gordon Head Recreation Centre, located at 4100 Lambrick Way, Victoria, BC V8N 5R3.
COVID-19 Protocols are in place, refer to Section 5.3 of the Instructions to Bidders.
Representative(s) should attend the site visit from each potential company. Bidders are encouraged to bring subcontractors to the site meeting if necessary. Submissions will only be accepted from Bidders that attend and sign in at this mandatory site meeting.
