• Insurance Requirement as per PO Terms and Conditions (6.01) or Form of Agreement (8.02) 
• WorkSafeBC coverage
• Business Licence 

Invoices and Payment:

Send your invoices to vendorservices@saanich.ca

• We typically pay thirty (30) days from receipt of invoice
• You may be able to get paid with an Electronic Funds Transfer
• Pre-Authorized Vendor EFT Payment Plan form
