Book a Park in Saanich!

You can reserve many of our parks.  

Picnic Area at Horner Park

  • Rates [PDF - 17 KB] vary based on the number of people and type of event.
  • You can pay with cash, cheque or credit card.
  • Always keep a copy of your park permit with you!
  • If you reserve a park, it will still be open to the general public.

  • rates also include cost to donate a park bench or picnic table as well as the cost for replacement trees
  • clean up deposit may be added to groups with 50 or more participants

Does your rental require general liability insurance? You can provide proof of insurance from your own personal or business insurance plan.  We may be able to offer insurance with a rider under our own Saanich policy. Rates vary based on the size and type of event being held.

Cancellation Policy

Permittee must provide at least 3 business days notice prior to the first event on your permit to cancel any permit to receive a refund. Permit cancellation subject to an administrative fee. No refunds provided after event date, for bad weather or other reasons.
