You can reserve many of our parks.  

Picnic Area at Horner Park

  • Rates [PDF - 136 KB] vary based on the number of people and type of event.
  • You can pay with cash, cheque or credit card.
  • Always keep a copy of your park permit with you!
  • If you reserve a park, it will still be open to the general public.

  • rates also include cost to donate a park bench or picnic table as well as the cost for public replacement trees
  • clean up deposit may be added to groups with 50 or more participants
  • Please note: Fees and charges are subject to an annual increase effective January 2026

Does your rental require general liability insurance? You can provide proof of insurance from your own personal or business insurance plan.  

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, permit holders must provide a minimum of 3 business days’ notice before the first date on the permit.

  • Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee.

  • No refunds are issued after the event date, including for poor weather or other circumstances.
