If you are moving or selling your property, phone us to arrange a special reading.

If you are buying a property, contact us – either yourself or through your lawyer – once you have set a completion date.

• Special readings cost $25 and we charge them to the incoming owner or tenant. 
• We charge garbage fees on the three scheduled billings of the year and do not prorate them on a special reading bill.
• Garbage and organics carts stay with the property.
• We charge utility billing against the property and a previous owners or tenants unpaid bill will become the new owner’s responsibility.
