This RFQ is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Category #07 - Civil Engineering - Municipal established by RFSQ No. 02/21 Professional Consulting Services for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Only suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any supplier that was not prequalified under RFQ 02/21 will not be considered.

The District of Saanich is undertaking a transportation infrastructure upgrade project on Iona Drive (from Cedar Hill Cross Road to Broadmead Avenue), Broadmead Avenue (from Iona Drive to Kremlin Street) and Kremlin Street to provide active transportation improvements. Improvements may include construction of sidewalks, curb letdowns and extensions with associated curb and gutter, pavement restoration, boulevard improvements, drainage improvements and bicycle priority improvements on Iona Drive, Broadmead Avenue and Kremlin Street.
