SCOPE OF WORK
The District is undertaking a transportation infrastructure upgrade project on Seaton Street and Regina Avenue to provide active transportation improvements. Improvements may include construction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, pavement overlay, boulevard improvements, street lighting improvements, drainage improvements, minor sewer improvements, and bicycle priority improvements on Seaton Street and Regina Avenue.
The District seeks the services from the respondent to provide:
- Detailed design drawings
- Project administration and management to the Detailed Design
- Tendering and Project Tender Documentation
- Construction Administration and Inspection services
The successful respondent shall be experienced in road and underground infrastructure design, construction, inspection and contract administration, and be knowledgeable of the construction Conditions in the Greater Victoria area.
Qualified Suppliers
This RFQ is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Category# 07 - Civil Engineering – Municipal established by RFSQ No. 02/21 Professional Consulting Services issued on July 19, 2021 for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Framework Agreement. Only suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ # 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any supplier that was not prequalified under RFSQ # 02/21 will not be considered.
