SCOPE OF WORK
Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: · Remove existing windows, infill the openings. · Install new door to pool deck, repaint interior walls, install new millwork storage units including concrete base. · Construct new concrete block storage enclosure, re-tile pool deck area.
Non-Mandatory Site Visit
All Contractors wanting to bid are strongly encouraged to attend the NON-MANDATORY site visit on FRIDAY MARCH 4, 2022 @ 11:00 a.m. local time
