Scope of Work:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply and implementation of a Council Agenda Management System (the “Solution”), as further described in the RFP.
The Solution being sought will be a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) meeting agenda management software, which can operate under a Software as a Service (SaaS) license model subscription, designed to meet the needs of a Canadian municipality. The successful Solution will provide a user-friendly interface and a multi-media-enabled digital platform to facilitate council and committee meetings.
It is anticipated that the successful proponent will commence work in September 2023 and have substantial completion by December 2023. Proponents are to consider this timeline but are asked to provide a reasonable work schedule to perform the Deliverables as described in this RFP.
