SCOPE OF WORK
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services, Saanich Commonwealth Place Recreation Centre Building Upgrades as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The District is requesting proposals for Construction Management Services for construction of the new biomass heating plant and mechanical systems upgrades at the existing Saanich Commonwealth Place Recreation Centre. Construction Management Services will be provided in three phases.
- Pre-Construction Phase
- Construction Phase
- Post-Construction Phase
This Request for Proposal (RFP) will utilize a CCDC5A form of contract, as amended by supplementary conditions.
Non-Mandatory Site Visit: March 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM PST
