The deadline to submit nominations is 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

Ensure that your summary outlines how the nominee’s efforts and achievements fulfill the chosen award criteria. If the nominee works in the field of arts, culture or heritage, share how their work exceeds their job requirements. Your summary can be a maximum of 800 words.
Letters of support and other supporting documentation are encouraged, but not mandatory. These materials play an important role in helping to assess the strength of your nomination.
