The work associated with this contract includes the construction of a new water main from Marsett Pl, north up Elk Lake Dr, across Pat Bay Hwy to Cherry Tree Bend Rd. The crossing of Pat Bay Hwy will be accomplished by trenchless construction, CIPP. The rest of the work is completed with traditional open trench excavation.
A non-mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Thursday March 12, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m.
