This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply of Hot and Cold Asphalt, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars.
The purpose of this RFQ is to select one (1) or more qualified Respondentsto provide Hot and Cold Asphalt - FOB Plant, as and when requested.
