Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply of emergency lighting as listed in the pricing table.
Additional Information: The District wants to replace emergency lighting in the District’s Facilities. The installation will be doneby the District’s employees and possibly by Contractors. This quotation is for material only. The product listed is an estimate of materials required to complete the work scope throughout the various locations.
The intent is to replace one or possibly two buildings at a time. The plan is to order the entire building worth of material, then complete the install. Then do that same process over again until all buildings have been completed.
Once the Supplier has the order ready for a building, District employees will pick up the lighting from the Supplier. Delivery to site is not required.
The quantities are believed to be required to complete the replacement project. These quantities are based on a review of the engineered drawings, combined with actual site conditions at a few of the larger facilities. The quantities are not exact and actual quantities ordered may vary.
Prices quoted should be valid for the Term of the contract.
