Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the labour and materials required for the supply of Bollards on an as if and when requested basis. Installation will be by the District of Saanich. The contract term is for the period July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms.
Specifications: Construction of bollards (post, sleeve and locking mechanism for padlock) are as per District of Saanich Parks Specification, drawings numbered C12SPA and C12SPB (attached).
Saanich will consider an alternate option for the dome top – provided it is not a flat top. Tops are to be welded. If offering alternate please provide details.
