Invitation to Tender:  For “T 08/20 - Supply Hot & Cold Asphalt”.  The Tender document and attachment have now been posted on BC Bid website: https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome?language=En, Solicitation Number: T 08/19, or by contacting Purchasing Services at 250-475-5494, local 3481.

 

Scope of Work:   The purpose of this TENDER is to select one (1) or more qualified Bidders to provide Hot and Cold Asphalt - FOB Plant, as and when requested.

For additional details, see section 3.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.

To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided inSection 2.0.

Term:  The period of the Contract shall be from the date of award to March 31st, 2021, with an option to extend for a further 12 months upon mutual agreement. 

Closing Date:   March 9th, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. 

Tender Results (totals unconfirmed)  Capital City Paving Ltd. $1,233,250.00; Island Asphalt Company $1,171.250.00.
