Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and delivery of the equipment listed on the Pricing Table. The District will accept quotations on equipment as specified or equivalent. If quoting equivalent state brand and model.
Bidders submitting a quotation on an equivalent must show product equivalency as indicated in Clause 14.0.
All equipment should come with operators’ manual, parts manual and service manual.
The District reserves the right to field test the equipment.
Trade In Equipment: Photos are not available for the trade in equipment. Bidders may view the trade in equipment. Contact Jerry Gait at 250-475-5494 Ext 5542 or Don Dojack at 250-475-5494 Ext 5544 to set up an appointment.
The District is offering these items on an “as is” basis. All items must be removed by the successful Bidder(s). The District makes no representations or warranties as to the fitness, quality, suitability or state of repair of these items and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damages, loss, repairs, action, suits, claims arising out of the failure, breakdown or use of these items.
