This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective proponents to submit proposals to conduct the Saanich Resident and Business Satisfaction Survey, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

The District is seeking a qualified research firm to conduct a survey that allows residents and businesses to share their perceptions of Saanich as a place to live and work, and their perception of the quality of service received by the District. Following the 2026 survey, the selected supplier will be responsible for providing a detailed analysis of the gathered information and presenting the findings to the District of Saanich Council.
