This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP 23-001 Saanich Parks, Recreation & Community Services Comprehensive Direction & Actions Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars.
The District of Saanich Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department (PRCS) is developing a new PRCS Comprehensive Direction & Actions Plan to guide the department’s work for the next ten (10) years. PRCS intends to engage the services of a professional consultant or consulting team to lead PRCS through a planning process that confirms the Department’s vision and develops an integrated Actions Plan that knits together a diverse set of existing departmental strategies.
It is anticipated that the successful proponent will commence work right after the contract awarded, with final Deliverables completed by February 2024.
