Scope of Work: The purpose of this TENDER is to select one (1) Bidder for supply, delivery, and start-up of two (2) new biomass fueled heating boilers at Saanich Commonwealth Place.
All items related to the construction and installation of the equipment will be tendered separately.

To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided in Section 2.0.
