Scope of Work: This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide General Contractors for Biomass Heating and Mechanical Upgrades as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Corporation of the District of Saanich is inviting submissions from prospective respondents to qualify to participate in an Invitation to Tender process for the construction of the new biomass heating plant and mechanical systems upgrades for the existing Saanich Commonwealth Place Recreation Centre, located at 4636 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria BC, V8Z 5M1.
