Notice of Intent to Extend Organic Processing Services Agreement
Overview:
Notice is hereby given by The Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) of its intent to extend the current Organic Processing Services Agreement with D.L. Bins Ltd. For a five year term with the option to extend for two additional one year terms.
Request for Proposal 09/13 selected D.L. Bins Ltd. To receive co-mingled food and yard/garden waste from Saanich collection vehicles and process the materials using an approved in-vessel process to produce Class “A” compost quality materials as determined by the British Columbia Organic Matter Recycling Regulation.
