Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the provision of turning movement counts (“TMC” or “manual counts”) and automatic traffic counts (“auto counts”) for the District of Saanich’s annual traffic count program, as and when requested, for the period January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2020 with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
