SCOPE OF WORK
Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Roof replacements on roof areas as shown, including new short parapets around the perimeter.
Replacement of kitchen exhaust fan, with the modifications to welded SS Duct, hew wood and steel joist framing support, new HVAC curb and components.
The replacement of cladding and windows on the clerestory with the required interior work and paint to the trim.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m.
Enquiries Deadline: Thursday, September 9, 2021 @ 3:00 p.m.
EXTENDED Tender Closing Date: Tuesday, September 28, 2021, @ 3:00 p.m.
