This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Hydroseeding Services on a when, and as needed basis, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The purpose of this RFQ is to select two (2) or more qualified Respondents/Contractors to be placed on a list. Specific scopes of work, scheduling, and other specific contract provisions will be negotiated with selected contractors.
