Scope of Work: The District of Saanich (District) is looking for a qualified contractor for the construction of a new chemical storage facility at the south of the building and the remediation and expansion of administrative area at the north of the building. The General Contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor for this project, but shall coordinate work with other Contractors and Saanich as required.
To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided.
Mandatory Site Meeting : There is a mandatory site meeting scheduled for November 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.,meeting at the main entrance of Gordon Head Recreation Centre, 4100 Lambrick Park Way, Victoria, BC, V8N 5R3. Full instructions on COVID requirements are noted in section 5 in the Instructions to Bidders.
Only one representative should attend the site visit from each potential company. Submissions will only be accepted from Bidders that attend and sign in at this mandatory site meeting.
