This is an inter-municipal Request for Proposal made up of six municipal partners, The Corporation of the District of Saanich (Saanich), The District of Central Saanich, The District of Highlands, The District of Oak Bay, The Town of Sidney, and The District of North Saanich.
Saanich is acting as the lead agency and will be the single point of contact. Any verbal representations, promises, statements or advice made by any other municipal partners, other than that offered through the office of Purchasing Services at Saanich, should not be relied upon.
The purpose of this RFP 13/19 is to select one (1) qualified Proponent, with experience in providing:
- Consulting services in the area of community planning
- Community & stakeholder engagement
- Report writing.
Intent to bid Deadline: August 22, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
Enquiries Deadline: August 28, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
Closing Date: September 11, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
