Want to have a birthday party at the pool, gymnasium or ice rink? Choose a theme and location and book your party with us.

Gordon Head Recreation Centre

POOL PARTY 12yrs and younger

Make a splash and have fun with our poolside climbing wall, monkey bars, current pool, and water toys! Bring your own decorations, cake, and refreshments to enjoy our party room after the swim. Includes two-hour FUn Swim and one hour in the party room. Parent supervision is required.
Gordon Head pool is only able to guarantee for a maximum of 20 swimmers, including supervising adults.

Note: Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult (16 years and older) and be within arm's reach in the water. The ratio is one adult to three children. Supervising adults that meet our 1:3 ratio are welcome to join in the pool at no additional cost.

Times: Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4pm

Saanich Commonwealth Place

SPLASH-TASTIC BIRTHDAY BASH

Explore the Wave Pool, Wibit, diving boards, and rope swing for two hours in our exciting pool area. Our Fun Leader will entertain the group for the pool portion of the party with engaging activities. Then enjoy some party time away from the pool with an hour in the party room. (Refreshments and decorations not provided).

UPSIDE YOUTH CENTRE PARTY 11yrs+ 

Come party in the Upside Youth Centre! Enjoy the ping-pong, pool and foosball tables. Make your party your own by bringing games, music and food.

All participants using the space must be 11 years or older.

Cedar Hill Recreation Centre

Host your party at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre. We are centrally located and have a variety of rooms to rent for you to supervise your own party.

Royal Oak Middle School (ROMS)

CUPCAKE PARTY 5yrs+

Leave the mess to us and enjoy a party in our fabulous teaching kitchen. Bake and decorate chocolate or vanilla cupcakes, play games with our party leader, and craft a chef’s hat! The two-hour party includes time to share your own refreshments, snacks, and open presents.

Times: Various Saturdays and Sundays from September to June.

SPORTS PARTY 6-12yrs

One gym—so many possibilities! Choose from basketball, soccer, dodgeball, or gym games. Can’t decide? Pick your favourites. Enjoy the first hour in the gym with a party leader and the second hour in the party room with your own food and supplies. Parent supervision is required.

Times: Various Saturdays and Sundays from March to June.

G.R. Pearkes Recreation Centre

PENGUIN PARTY 12yrs and younger

Birthdays are nice on the ice! Enjoy an Everyone Welcome Skate and an hour in our party room. Bring your own decorations, cake and refreshments. Parent supervision is required. Skate rentals included in cost. Bring your own helmet. No additional charge for supervising adults to a max. of 5. Decorate and/or drop off items up to 30 minutes prior to room rental time. Pick up party package at customer service.

Fees: 10 birthday party participants: $125.
Additional participants up to 20: $4.25 each.

FLIPSIDE YOUTH CENTRE PARTY 10yrs+

Come party in the Flipside Youth Centre! Enjoy the billiards table, ping pong tables and the Bluetooth disco party speaker. Make your party your own by bringing games, music and food.

All participants using the space must be 10 years or older.  

Times: Saturdays, 11-2pm, and 2-4pm

 Braefoot Park Centre

Host your birthday party at Braefoot Park Centre. The Great Hall is 1500sq ft of fun, which is only limited by your imagination.

Cost: $150, includes two hours in the Great Hall and onsite staff.
