BC Archives Awareness Week runs from November 13 to 19, 2022, and is a week that celebrates all things archives in BC!

Put on by the Archives Association of BC, this week recognizes archival workers, volunteers, and researchers alike for all their hard work and dedication to BC’s history – and their abilities to share that history with the public.

Saanich Archives is proud to host historic materials that focus on the history of the Municipality of Saanich. We have documents and pictures on not only the history of our local government but that of the families, businesses, and houses of Saanich as well – along with so much more! Our archivists are here to help facilitate your research, to answer inquiries, or just say hello if you pop into our offices located within the Saanich Centennial Library.
