Email server issue - emails offline

We are experiencing an unexpected technical issue at Saanich Hall.

Our email servers are currently offline so we are unable to access or respond to emails.

You can reach Saanich staff by:

  • calling 250-475-1775 for reception or 

  • come by in person - we are open until 4:30 p.m. on weekdays or 

  • calling the department you need directly  

Online services like recreation registration and utility bill payments are working. 

Our apologies for any inconvenience. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
