This position coordinates dryland and aquatic facility rentals, works with internal and external clients to support successful bookings, and ensures documentation, payments, and related records are processed accurately and in accordance with District requirements.

Experience in a recreation or public service environment involving financial processing, records administration, and responding to public enquiries is an asset. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, are essential. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
The successful candidate will work varying hours of work including evenings, early mornings, and weekends up to 35 hours per week depending on the facility needs. As a component of the selection process, testing will be conducted. Although we thank all applicants for applying, only those under consideration will be contacted.
