Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent, or Proponent team with experience in engineering hydraulic and hydrologic modeling services, to support analyses of the District’s sanitary sewer, storm drainage and water system infrastructure on an as and when requested basis. In addition, this qualified Proponent will provide professional engineering services to complete a number of analytical studies, reports and tasks related to infrastructure planning and operational management.

Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.0.
Term: will be for a three (3) year term with the option to extend for two additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
