Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply of all labour, materials and equipment for filling in minor depressions, crack repair and repainting for the single tennis courts facilities at the Perez Park (between 4649 and 4653 Boulderwood Drive) and at Parkwood Park (between 1042 and 1043 Parkwood Place) for the Saanich Parks Division

Examination: Each bidder shall study the Scope of Work and should visit the site to thoroughly examine all details of the work before submitting an offer and must be satisfied by first-hand examination as to the local conditions to be met with during construction and conduct of the work. All allowances for working conditions shall be included in the offer price.
Claims, which result from a misunderstanding of the actual conditions of the site, shall not be considered.
