Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and delivery of the bedding plants listed in the pricing table.
Specifications: Plants shall be inspected by the District staff two weeks prior to delivery to ensure that the plant roots are healthy and fill the packs or pots as specified.
On delivery all Bedding Plants shall be high quality, free of all known pests and diseases, physically damage, labeled true to name, type, number and size. No variety substitutions will be accepted without prior written approval of the Manager of Parks.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to make sure they have addenda(s) before submitting their Bid Response.
