Introduction: This is an invitation to quote on the labour, materials and equipment to grind, remove and dispose of existing coating on floor of the upper accessibility walkway, tower and board deck. Work will also include resurfacing the same area with Master Top 1234 Quartz.
Scope of Work:
1.1 Removal and disposal of existing floor coating in an environmentally sensitive way.
1.2 Prepare the surface to the level described by MasterTop 1234 Technical Data Guide.
1.3 Install new epoxy floor system in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
1.4 Finished workplace is to be free and clear of any debris resulting from the installation.
1.5 The work will be scheduled in during the annual recreation centre shutdown, September 3rd to September 16th, 2019. The exact date will be determined.
Mandatory Site Meeting: will be held on June 27, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. Site meeting attendees to meet at the main entrance of Saanich Commonwealth Place, 4636 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria, BC V8Z 5M1.
Closing Date: July 9, 2019 @ 3:00 p.m.
