Introduction: The Scope of work is to provide the labour, equipment, and materials required to paint the Fitness Centre and Stairwell at Saanich Commonwealth Place, 4636 Elk Lake Drive.
Scope of Work:
1.0 Fitness Centre and Stairwell: work will include the following:
- patch walls
- paint wall, bulkheads, doors, frames. Windows and locker doors
2.0 Washrooms:
- paint walls and ceiling in the two washrooms
3.0 The finished surface will be consistent and free of irregularities.
4.0 The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring the finished work space is free and clear of any debris resulting from the installation.
5.0 The work will be scheduled in consultation with the District of Saanich or Project Manager and may be performed during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Saanich municipal facilities have been closed to the public, if either your company or courier company is dropping off your documents/package you will need to make an appointment and/or phone call to 250-475-5494 extension 3481 or reception at 250-475-1775 from the main door of the District of Saanich Municipal Hall, 770 Vernon Avenue in order to drop off your documents.
