Scope of Work: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent with practical experience in providing Kinesiology Services at Saanich Commonwealth Place. For additional details, see section 4.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.
Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format,and number of copies provided inSection 2.0.
Term: The contract term is for three (3) years commencing January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2022, with the option to renew at the sole discretion of the District, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement.
