Invitation to Request for Proposal: For “RFP 29/18 - Horseback Riding Instruction - Recreation”. The RFP document and attachments have now been posted on the BC Bid website: www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Solicitation No. RFP 29/18 or by contacting Purchasing Services at 250-475-5494, local 3481.
Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified Proponent(s) to enter into a Contract with the Corporation of the District of Saanich (“District”) with experience in providing a quality Horseback Riding Instruction for the District of Saanich’s Recreation Services.

Section 6.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.0.
It is anticipated that the work will commence March 1st , 2019 for a one year term to March 1st, 2020 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
