Invitation to Request for Proposal: For “RFP 10/19 - Electric Ice Resurfacer for G. R. Pearkes Recreation Centre”. Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract with the Corporation of the District of Saanich (“District”) to supply one (1) Electric Ice Resurfacer Zamboni 552 or equivalent with the following attributes:
a) Current model year or newer.
b) Requirements as specified in Section 4 – Scope of Work and Responsibilities and in Appendix 3 Proponent Proposal Template.
Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.
