Invitation to Tender:  For “T 05/20 - Cold Asphalt Milling”.  The Tender document and attachments have now been posted on BC Bid website: https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome?language=En, Solicitation Number: T 05/19, or by contacting Purchasing Services at 250-475-5494, local 3481.

 

Scope of Work:   The purpose of this Tender is to select one (1) qualified Contractor to provide Cold Asphalt Milling, as and when requested, for

  • Road Maintenance
  • Trench Restoration

For additional details, see section 3.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.

To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided in Section 2.0.

Term:  The period of the Contract shall be from the date of award to March 31st, 2021, with an option to extend for a further 12 months upon mutual agreement.  

Closing Date:   March 9th, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. 

Tender Results (totals unconfirmed) from opening March 9, 2020:  Capital City Paving Ltd. $726,000.00; Island Asphalt Company $735,500.00.
